Engage an audience: Professionals and students will benefit from this unique coaching program. Defining a strong objective for your speech, we will explore different actions for you to make an impact on your public. After a brief vocal and physical warm up, you will learn how to project yourself during a constructive rehearsal of the talk. We will address posture, space awareness, vocal energy, gaze and spontaneity (10 sessions commitment is recommended for best results).
Gain self-confidence, get noticed: Feeling self-conscious about how your voice comes out of your body? I will prepare your body and mind to go the distance, to achieve whatever is it that you can't do. You will become more aware of your posture and the space around you. With some daily exercises to practice on your own, your voice will grow more resonant and become a powerful communication tool. Each session begins with a warm-up based on vocal and relaxation exercises. I will then guide you through dance & yoga movements; producing sound with your whole body while moving. No experience in movement or voice is required.
Strengthen your stage presence: A performer's presence has many aspects: posture, voice intensity and movement. First and foremost, artists must stay connected to their bodies. Being body-connected will open the door to new perspectives for your work. You will learn to better handle your energy and the space around you, towards the most efficient way to present your work. Each session begins with a warm-up based on vocal and relaxation exercises. I will then help you ground your sound in your body and increase the enrgy you project on stage.
